What it is
The Wedge & Ramp Combo Set pairs Liberator's two core shapes — a firm angled wedge and a taller ramp with a raised lip — sold together instead of separately. If the terms "wedge" and "ramp" sound familiar, it's because we already describe both shapes generically in our sex pillows and props guide; this is the real, specific, brand-name version of those concepts, not a different product category.
How we actually use the two pieces
We use the wedge under the hips for missionary — it tilts the pelvis up and changes the angle without either partner needing to hold a position, exactly as described in our general pillows-and-props guide. The ramp does more work for doggy-style: its extra height and the raised lip give a kneeling partner something to brace against, taking real weight off the arms and knees. Having both shapes as a matched set means not having to guess which single shape to buy first.
What we'd flag before you buy
- It's a real financial commitment. At $400+, this is well above a basic single wedge (often under $50) — worth it if you want both shapes long-term and know you'll use them, overkill if you're still figuring out whether positioning pillows are for you at all.
- Firm memory foam, not a soft pillow. The support is the point — it holds its shape under real body weight in a way regular pillows don't, but don't expect regular-pillow softness.
- Wipeable cover matters for cleanup. Same care guidance as any dedicated positioning pillow: mild soap and water, check the manufacturer's instructions before using anything stronger.
Who it's for
Couples who've already found positioning pillows useful with a cheaper single wedge and want both core shapes in a matched, durable set — not the right starting point if you haven't tried the concept at all yet.
